PARIS 1879, LONDON 1885.' and '2' at the breech-end, (faint), 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 choke in both, treble-grip action, removable striker discs, toplever engraved '2', automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, border and partial scroll engraving, bright finish, 14 1/4in. stock, weight 6lb. 13oz.
