A 54-BORE PERCUSSION BOX-LOCK MUFF PISTOL SIGNED ANDREWS, no visible serial number, circa 1810 flintlock converted to percussion, with 1 3/4 in. turn-off steel barrel, scroll-engraved box-lock with engraved tangs, marked 'ANDREWS' to one side and 'LONDON' opposite, blued dolphin hammer, sliding safety, wooden bag-shaped butt with unengraved oval white metal escutcheon, drop-down trigger, some cleaned light pitting, minor knocks to the butt, closed split behind lock on left side of butt, 6 in. overall
