KORBER, no visible serial number, later percussion conversion of a circa 1810 flintlock, with a rifled 7 in. sighted barrel, inlaid on the top flat with white metal depicting a dragon's head followed by 'Christ. Korber in Ingelfingen', scroll-engraved lock and hammer with ornate white metal side plate, engraved barrel tang, walnut stock with white metal unengraved shield escutcheon ramed with white metal pins, chequered and died grips with white metal pins and pinned white metal frame, flared butt with further white metal pinning and border engraved white metal butt-cap, white metal trigger-guard and rammer piping, wooden rammer, 13 1/2 in. overall
