A 10-BORE SINGLE BARREL PERCUSSION SPORTING GUN SIGNED BAILEY, CIRCA 1835, no visible serial number, with 29 in three stage barrel, two inset platinum lines at breech and a platinum vent plug, foliate engraved and decorated bar-action lock signed 'T. BAILEY' to centre, the hammer engraved to match, spur broken and missing, figured walnut half-stock. the iron mounts including scroll trigger-guard all foliate engraved to a high standard, worn overall, some cracks and minor damage to stock, in its day a good quality and early percussion gun
