dated 1893 on blade back, blade 32 1/4in., double-fullered, with fullers engraved Nordic scroll-work, Danish rampant lion coat-of-arms, and 'KONGE' (king) on one side and 'FAEDRELAND' (country) to the other with traces of guilding and some staining, inspection marks to ricasso, brass latticed guard and back-strap, decorated with Danish symbols and coat-of-arms, ornate decorated pommel, brass wire-bound fishskin grips, together with its steel scabbard having some rust and denting, 38 in. overall
