A GEORGE V 1821 PATTERN CAVALRY OFFICER'S SWORD,
circa World War I, with 35 1/2in. blade with etched scroll-work and royal cyphers, fullered on each side, with brass proved plug on ricasso and numbered '2975 on blade back, nickel plated steel hilt, black fish-skin grip bound with steel wire, brown leather acorn sword-knot together with its brown leather 'field' scabbard, staining and rust patches to blade, hilt rusted, scabbard worn and drag folded
