NEW HAVEN, CONN, USA PATENTED OCTOBER 14 1884', dove-tailed blade fore-sight, buckhorn rear-sight, plain receiver, the top-tang marked 'MODEL 92 WINCHESTER TRADE MARK REG US PAT OFF & FGN', walnut straight-hand butt-stock with iron crescent heel-plate, plain walnut fore-end with iron nose-cap and full-length under-barrel magazine, the whole retaining a good proportion of original finish.
