with 2 in. turn-off Birmingham proofed barrel boxlock action body engraved on both sides with martial trophies together with 'HORSHAM' in a banner on the left and 'OAKES' in a similar banner on the right, center flint cock with sliding bar safety, and folding trigger, one piece slab-sided walnut grips with vacant oval wrist escutcheon
