A .42 PERCUSSION BOXLOCK POCKET PISTOL BY WILLIAM PENN & CO. CIRCA 1815, no visible serial number, with 2 1/2 in turnoff barrel, boxlock action engraved with martial trophies and the retailers name 'WILLIAMS / PENN & CO.' central hammer with sliding bar safety, fitted with one piece walnut slab sided grips, the pistol was originally made as a flintlock circa 1815 and converted to percussion at a later date.
