A RARE .41 (RIMFIRE) EBAN T STARR SINGLE SHOT DERRINGER. CIRCA 1864, serial number 57, with 2 3/4in. round barrel that tips down for loading, stamped on the top 'C. R. NAGLE'. (original owner ?), manual extractor, brass frame with stud trigger, side hammer (replaced) left side of action on sideplate stamped 'STARR'S PAT'S MAY 10 1864', fitted with two piece chequered walnut grips, production estimated at 800 circa 1864-69,
