A .65 PERCUSSION CARBINE OF QUASI MILITARY TYPE, CIRCA 1850, no visible serial number, the 21 in. barrel having a break-off breech, with borderline engraved lock of Lovel's Pattern 1842 type. regulation brass mounted full stock the mounts are typicaL of those used on the P44 yeomanry carbine, including scroll trigger-guard, worn overall, cracks and old repair to forend.
