A 12 BORE UNSIGNED SINGLE BARREL PERCUSSION SPORTING GUN, CIRCA 1850 no visible serial number, with 31 in. three stage octagonal to multi-faced to round barrel, with vented platinum plug at breech, border-line and foliate engraved bar-action lock, the hammer engraved to match, walnut half stock with worn chequering to wrist, foliate engraved iron mounts, including scroll trigger-guard, compete with original brass mounted loading rod.
