LONDON.', and '2' within an oval and surrounded by acanthus scroll detailing at the breech-end, treble-grip action incorporating patent no. 4289 of 1886, use no. 7091, automatic safety with 'SAFE' detail, toplever inlaid '2' within an oval, border and acanthus scroll engraving, the underside and triggerguard engraved with a hound flushing game, bright finish overall, 14in. stock including buttplate, weight 6lb. 8oz.
