A CASED 14-BORE PERCUSSION SINGLE-BARRELLED SHOTGUN, SIGNATURE ILLEGIBLE, no visible serial number,
circa 1830, with signed octagonal to sixteen sided to round 33in. barrel, engraved bar-action lock also with traces of signature and walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist, complete with period ramrod and in a re-purposed but period walnut case relined and recompartmented in green felt for this shotgun, together with a flask, caps and sundry cleaning tools
