AN 11mm PINFIRE DELUXE REVOLVER, serial no. 25,
collection reference 0227, Belgian proved circa 1865 and of Lefaucheux style, with nickel-plated octagonal 5 7/8in. barrel, side mounted ejector-rod, plain cylinder with chisel engraved vines and foliage, external ratchet indexing, en-suite chisel engraved open frame, spurred hammer (action slightly at fault), smooth flared walnut grips, engraved grip-straps with lanyard boss at pommel and guarded trigger, strong amount of plated finish remaining
