A LATE VICTORIAN BOWIE-KNIFE SIGNED JOSEPH RODGERS, SHEFFIELD circa 1885, with 6 3/4in. bowie shaped blade, the left side signed 'JOSEPH RODGERS, SHEFFIELD ENGLAND' together with 'HAND FORGED & HAND GROUND', the forte marked 'BOWIE' in large letters, nickel silver boat-shaped cross-guard and slab sided chequered hard-rubber scales held with three pins, no scabbard, blade stained
