just post Wolrd War Two manufacture and produced by the French occupying the Mauser factory, with semi-gloss blacked and sighted slide marked with three lines between the model and calibre designation, brushed bright 3 1/8in. barrel, commercial proofs, semi-gloss frame and chequered walnut grips
