Spanish circa 1785, with tapering iron octagonal to round 3 3/4in. barrel, the flat sighting plane with crudely inlet yellow metal floral decoration, borderline engraved solid top-tang, scroll engraved miquelet lock of traditional Spanish form, ring-topped jaw-screw, walnut full-stock, iron furniture including butt-cap with side-spurs, trigger guard, sideplate and belt-hook and replacement wood ramrod
