Russian (Moscow) hallmarks dated for 1884, with 18 3/4in. cruciform blade (some mild staining), plain ebony shaft with white metal ferrule and throat, the handle formed from a tapering silver plain tube with rolled ends and and applied Moscow coat of arms surmounted by an 'A.M.' monogram above a crown of nobility, the spherical off-set pommel with applied wreath and Russian Double Eagle device to the top
