REMINGTON & SONS, ILION NEWYORK U.S.A.' over 'NEW MODEL', solid iron frame with sighting groove to top-strap, iron trigger unit with spur trigger, exposed hammer, iron grip-straps with smooth walnut grips (right hand grip repaired) and hinged under-barrel rammer, retaining a strong amount of original blued finish on barrel and cylinder
