circa 1941, with 30in. plain steel blade with clipped point and fullered on each side, the ricasso marked '73630', steel scabbard clip and guard with inspection stamps and leather finger-loop, chequered wooden grip, together with its black-painted iron scabbard, single suspension loop, drag with matching number all appearing unissued
