circa 1916, with 5in. barrel, blued slide with maker's details, patent dates to 1913 and calibre designation, blued frame with grip-safe, chequered walnut grips with diamond shaped panels around the fixing screws, smooth mainspring housing and correct magazine, retaining much probable original finish, complete with an English type full-flap leather holster with twin magazine pouches to front containing two further correct spare magazines
