conversion from muzzle loading, 28 3/4in. black powder bold damascus barrels, broad raised rib engraved in gothic script 'Sheffield' (rubbed), Jones patent rotary-underlever, bowed triggerguard with integral scrolled skeletal pistolgrip, carved percussion fences, short island back-action locks ornately engraved with foliate bordering and with central scroll-encircled 'Stacey' in gothic script, 14 5/8in. birds eye maple stock including engraved steel buttplate with top strap, fore-end with crosspin release and horn finial, weight 6lb. 11oz.
