a standard length Police dress bayonet with solid nickel fittings, birds head pommel with working rifle mortise slot, stag grips with aluminium police eagle pinned to front, lower crossguard stamped with original Weimar police issue numbers 'S.me.i. 373', these also appear on the upper reverse scabbard fitting, black leather frog, black leather scabbard, 13in. nickel plated blade with early Eickhorn trademark etched to reverse.
