30in. nitro reproved damascus barrels, the rib engraved 'JAS. SQUIRES. 14. NEW CASTLE STREET. LONDON.' and with a flash of scroll engraving at the breech, 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. true cyl. in both, Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fences non-rebounding locks (one hammer a replacement), border and acanthus scroll engraving surrounding game scene vignettes and the makers name engraved within a scrolling banner, Deeley & Edge patent fore-end release, 14 1/2in. figured stock including buttplate, weight 6lb. 13oz.
