SCHEIRING - FERLACH', flip-up open sights and bead foresight, the breech end mounted with a Swarovski 1,5-6x42 Habicht telescopic sight, serial no. P693683850, in engraved quickly-detachable mounts, 3in. chambers, bored approx. 1/2 choke in both; each barrel with individual fore-end with Deeley & Edge patent release engraved en suite, Jaeger patent 'verticalblockverschluss' action with sprung breech face, barrel selector switch, carved fences, manual safety, gold-inlaid cocking-indicators, set front trigger, the action and furniture engraved with fine acanthus scrollwork with floral bouquets and individual gold-inlaid roses, the lockplates finely engraved in bulino style with game scenes, to the left a forkl of kudu, to the right a herd of deer, the underside with a vignette of a brace of woodcock in flight, bright finish overall, 14 7/8in. highly-figured pistolgrip stock (cracked at hand), engraved steel pistolgrip-cap, sling swivels and including 1/2in. recoil pad, weight 9lb. 4oz.
