for Waffenfabrik Bern circa 1887, with blued octagonal 4 5/8in. barrel, ramp and beaded blade fore-sight, standing notch rear-sight, side-mounted ejector, fluted cylinder, field-strippable blued frame, bright ancillaries (traces of 'straw' finish) and chequered hard rubber grips with the 'Swiss cross' mark, much apparent original blued finish
