with blued 4in. sighted barrel, break open frame with stirrup latch closure, fluted cylinder with coin release, sold out of service stamps, chequered hard-rubber birdshead grips (left chipped at toe), lanyard ring at heel and much original faded finish throughout, complete with a field modified full-flap leather service holster with external ammunition pouch (worn, stitching undone), both the gun and holster stamped '(V) 634'
