of believed 500 produced in brown 'tigerseye' resin, the barrel and cap detailed with 18K gold bands (the largest hallmarked), 18K gold medium nib, plated clip and turned black resin terminals, together with its satin lined green leather presentation case containing the pen and a specially commissioned volume of Churchill's quotes, a Don Ramos 'Churchill' cigar in an alloy tube and a bottle of Conway Stewart brown ink, unused, slight staining to outer carton
Provenance: Conway Stewart of England celebrated 100 years of pen manufacture in 2005 and apart from being the favoured pen of Sir Winston Churchill have been used and admired by politicians, statesmen and writers the world over
