36 1/4in. nitro barrels, the broad rib engraved 'J. BURROW. MAKER. 116. FISHERGATE. PRESTON.', (refreshed), treble-grip action, Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fences, the top tang mounted with an automatic safety (activated by cocking either hammer), gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, rebounding back-action locks, border engraving with occasional acanthus scroll detailing, brushed finish, 15 1/8in. figured semi-pistolgrip stock including 2 1/2in. wooden extension (well fitted and well inked to match) and 7/8in. rubber recoil pad, fore-end with carved horn finial and crosspin release catch, weight 13lb. 6oz.
