LONDON.', (faint), Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fence, the left side of the standing breech with single arcade, the top with engraved shell detail, non-rebounding back-action lock signed 'HOLLAND & HOLLAND', border engraving, lockplate screw with diamond shape strengthening backplate, retaining much nickel-plate finish overall, 14 1/4in. figured stock including 1in. rubber recoil pad and 1/4in. spacer with short backstrap, 12in. fore-end with horn finial and crosspin release catch, weight 14lb.
