30in. damascus barrels (serial number on under rib only), the rib gold-inlaid in black type 'C.D. TANNER SOHNE HANNOVER', the underside of the barrels signed 'H. VINCENT', extractor broken and partly missing, light damage at fences, back-action lockplates, hammers (replacements) with repairs, elongated rounded bar action (no independent fore-end), drop down underlever with spring retention catch, the rear of the lever coupling with a small bar in the bifurcated rear lump, drop down sidelever operating a cam locking into the barrel loop, ornately scrolled triggerguard, the whole finely relief engraved with trailing leaf and vine motifs, surrounding ornate vignettes of hound, fowl, rabbit and fox, 14in. figured stock including engraved steel buttplate.
