Thomas rectangular wedge bolt patent locking system, patent no. 3091 of 1871, carved percussion fences, patent off-centre toplever, rebounding locks, angular triggerguard, border and fine scroll engraving, renewed finish, Hollis patent fore-end release catch, 14 3/8in. figured pistolgrip stock with skeletal steel buttplate (cracked at hand), weight 6lb. 15oz.
