circa 1873, re-blued 6in. sighted barrel, John Adam's oval trade mark and logo together with 'ADAMS'S PATENT' to right hand side of frame, 'WD' over 'III' to left hand side, plain long cylinder, centre-mounted ball-tipped ejector-rod , lift-up loading gate, chequered walnut grips marked '25' and butt-cap with lanyard ring (refinished throughout)
