circa 1939, in loose imitation of a Mauser K98K service rifle, with approx. 19in. barrel, bolt-action cocking to the air chamber, the air chamber stamped 'HAENEL SPORT MODELL 33 JUNIOR' together with 'SCHMEISSER'S PATENT', beech three-quarter stock in the military style (stamped 20889 behind pistol-grip), die-cast six-shot magazine housed in the fore-stock marked 'HAENEL' and 'DRP', iron furniture including forend cap with imitation clearing rod, the whole with a good amount of original finish (one trigger-guard screw missing, one a replacement)
