English, circa 1830, the twin iron body with oval-shaped 3 1/4in. long compartments mounted side-by-side and further divided internally into four compartments, one end of the charger with sprung unmarked brass lids, the other with sprung iron lids, each marked 'OZ 1 3/4', flush fitting mainsprings along the back, some shallow pitting and staining to the iron surfaces
