A .650 FLINTLOCK SINGLE-SHOT SERVICE-PISTOL, no visible serial number,
circa 1805 with rework marks for 1830, round 9in. iron barrel, no provision for sights, the top of barrel engraved 'B' over '45', solid top-tang, plain lock signed 'TOWER' at the tail and marked with a crown over 'G.R.' device below pan, plain ring-neck cock, walnut full-stock with brass furniture including butt-cap, trigger guard, sideplate and nose-cap and fitted with a captive iron ramrod
