A SCARCE BOXED .177 CO2-POWERED SINGLE SHOT AIR-PISTOL, MODEL '111 TARGET', serial no. 005739,
for 1950, with black enamelled 8 1/8in. barrel, blade fore-sight, elevating rear-sight, enamelled receiver with twist and pull bolt, enamelled under-barrel reservoir, black crackle-finished frame, mottled dark brown chequered plastic grips, complete with its brown card carton marked 'CROSMAN .177 CALIBER TARGET PISTOL' (no model designation), the interior with gold coloured card former to take the pistol and with a compartment for the original crackle-finished charging cylinder (empty, not recommended for use) and the original 'swing-ticket' hand-book (pistol untested)
Other Notes: This pistol was produced only from 1950-1954. Only those produced within the first year of manufacture were supplied in the box with the gold card interior
