BIRMINGHAM.', 2 1/2in chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, bolstered treble-grip action, manual Greener side-safety, border and acanthus scroll engraving, retaining traces of original colour-hardening and finish, 14 1/4in. figured stock (small crack at head, fore-end wood chipped) including buttplate, with sling swivels, weight 7lb. 4oz., in a canvas case
Provenance: This gun comes with a letter from the makers confirming that it was completed in March 1920 for a Mr Sarli. The engraving was performed by Mr Horrocks.
