MANCHESTER', engraved band at muzzle, deep sighting groove to top-strap, blued borderline engraved frame, colour hardened plain cylinder with rope band to leading edge, colour hardened loading gate, brushed bright hammer and trigger and saw-handled chequered walnut one-piece grip with shallow domed colour hardened heel-plate, much apparent original finish throughout
