of two-stage form with banded offset muzzle, 40in. in length including bulbous cascabel, the right trunnion marked 'P.D' over '83.R.5', the left 'N.o.' over '1.1', the touch hole with sunken platform for a mechanical igniter (absent), the rear moulded band marked 'FAIT.PAR.BREZIN.A' and '18.AN.1812'.
