circa 1931, with 7 1/8in. rifled barrel, blued stepped air-chamber, the right hand side marked 'WEBLEY AIR PISTOL MKI', 'MADE IN ENGLAND' below 'A.F. STOEGER INC' together with 'NEW YORK', 'SOLE U.S. AGENTS' and 'USA PATD JULY 7 1925', the left side with 'BRITISH PATENT 219872' and 'WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD. BIRMINGHAM & LONDON', four pin trigger group and trigger weight adjuster, rotating safe and smooth straight walnut grips with the Webley 'winged bullet' trademark medallion inlet into the left hand example, the whole retaining a strong amount of apparent original finish
