Belgian circa 1855, with 1 7/8in. fluted six-shot scratch-rifled barrel group, scroll engraving to the outside of each barrel, wingnut barrel release at front of the open iron frame, borderline and scroll engraving to the action body, spurless hammer with folding trigger and smooth bag-shaped ebony grips, complete in a probable period walnut case relined and compartmented in green baize and containing a period iron cleaning rod, overall length of revolver 5in.
