Belgian made circa 1870, with 26 1/2in. octagonal multi-grooved rifled barrel, dove-tailed bead fore-sight, rear-sight of one standing and one folding leaf, borderline and scroll engraved action, chequered spatulate bolt-handle, central hammer with replaceable needle, walnut butt-stock with chequered straight wrist, no provision for fore-end, 43in. overall, weight approximately 5lbs.
