circa 1780 and of jager form, with browned octagonal swamped 28 1/4in. barrel, applied white-metal fore-sight, centre standing notch rear-sight with additional folding leaf and further standing notch rear-sight to front of top-tang, replacement rainproof lock signed 'INNES' (undersized, original lock aperture filled), walnut full-stock (cracked and repaired at hand) with carved raised borders around the furniture, carved apron around the top-tang, raised cheek-piece, brass furniture (sideplate replaced) and replacement ramrod, some filled repairs to fore-end, overall length 43in., weight approximately 7 1/2lbs.
