27 3/4in. nitro barrels with raised tapered file cut rib, engraved 'SCOTT'S IMPROVED BOLT' at the breech end, the tubes engraved 'W.& C. SCOTT & SON. 78. SHAFTESBURY AVENUE. LONDON.', and with 'THE PIGEON CLUB GUN', in gothic script, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 3/4 choke in both, large treble-grip action with broad percussion fences and side-clips, external cross-bolt, rebounding sidelocks with carved hammers, fine acanthus scroll engraving, retaining much renewed colour-hardening and finish overall, 13 7/8in. well-figured stock including horn buttplate, sling swivels, weight 7lb. 9oz.
