BIRMINGHAM.', 2 1/2in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 3/4 choke, scroll-backed treble-grip action, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, border and later acanthus scroll engraving, brushed and blued finish, 15 1/4in. replacement stock, weight 6lb., in a canvas and leather motorcase with Rowland Watson trade label
