A SCARCE, BOXED .177 PUSH-IN BARREL AIR-PISTOL, MODEL 'BRITANNIA', no visible serial number,
circa 1930, with 6in. smoothbore sighted barrel, blued receiver and grip stamped 'MADE IN ENGLAND' on the left hand side and 'THE BRITANNIA' together with a seated figure of Britannia on the right hand side; together with its original blue cardboard slip-top box, the pasted label on the lid stating 'BRITANNIA AIR PISTOL. THE DAWN OF A NEW ALL STEEL BRITISH MADE AIR PISTOL. RELIABLE AND STRONG', together with a picture of Britannia seated and the air pistol in its cocked state (box distressed with losses to corners and one side, label dirty)
