30in. nitro reproved damascus barrels, rib engraved 'JNO. RIGBY & CO. DUBLIN & LONDON' in gothic script, 2 3/4in. chambers, bored approx. 1/4 choke in both, some pits and dents, carved percussion fences, rebounding sidelocks with high spurred dolphin hammers, border and acanthus scroll engraving, the action flats marked with Scott spindle patent details, patent no. 2752 of 25th October 1865, use number 10437, some patination overall and minor pitting, 14 5/8in. stock with steel buttplate, fore-end with grip-catch release lever, weight 6lb. 13oz.
