A .750 FLINTLOCK MUSKET, UNSIGNED, MODEL 'INDIA PATTERN BROWN BESS', serial no. 17, COMPLETE WITH BAYONET,
circa 1810, with brushed bright 39in. Tower proved barrel, small block fore-sight, moulded band at breech and solid rounded tang, radiused borderline engraved lock with 'GR' and crown device, walnut three-quarter stock with brass furniture, iron rammer and stirrup swivels, the period bayonet with 17in. hollow triangular section blade, the socket marked 'D' over '89', complete with its leather scabbard (modified, with losses)
